We require at least four hours’ notice for every change or cancellation. Any changes or cancellations within 48-hours will mean the deposits taken will be forfeited. Deposits will be redeemed against the final bill or, in some cases, can be returned to the original online booking payment method.

 

Tables are available for two hours from when it was booked. This is so we are able to seat the next customers who have booked the table. In the case that you would like to extend your visit time beyond two hours, please inform our team, in good time before your visit, so that we can try our best to accommodate you. However, this may not be possible depending on how busy we are at the time of your booking.

 

We ask respectfully that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience. Your table will be held for fifteen minutes after which time it may be allocated to another customer. If you fail to show within the fifteen minutes period assigned to your booking, your booking may be declined and deposits taken may be forfeited.

 

We can not guarantee that your requests, such as outdoor seating, will be fulfilled. This can be due to a high volume of bookings for those tables. However, we will try our best.

 

To keep all of our customers safe, we request that food that has not been prepared in our kitchens is not consumed on our premises. For avoidance of doubt, this includes bottled drinks such as Coke or Fanta. If you are celebrating a birthday with us and would like a cake, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
